<span style="font-weight:normal;">Has the bounty system changed with the implementation of 2.0.04? Because I used to be able to get rid of a bounty for accidentally killing an NPC by pad loitering or getting scanned by law enforcement in a sidewinder and getting destroyed. Now when I do this, the bounty becomes a dormant bounty with a 7 day timer. Its frustrating to have to find another good system for RES sites with a good station and an increased bounty payout every time i make this mistake. I like to set up a home base and stay there. And ive apparently comitted this offense twice in the past 3 days, whereas i had only killed one NPC in my entire E:D career previously, so maybe something has changed with how bounties are issued too? I didnt see exactly what happened in either case. Anyway, i'm not happy with this.</span>
