The system is permit-locked, and the permit can be obtained by becoming Allied with the Defence Party of Nastrond minor faction in any system where it has a presence.

The Defence Party of Nastrond faction was one of 14 permit-holding factions that entered into an agreement on November 24, 3307 to maintain so-called Gatekeeper megaships to preserve interstellar trade regardless of local political shifts. These Gatekeeper megaships would be permanently stationed in systems adjacent to their corresponding permit-locked systems to ensure that pilots could reliably obtain permits. The People's Vigil was deployed in Wonorne Nu as the Defence Party of Nastrond's Gatekeeper megaship.

System Layout
*Nastrond
**Nastrond A Belt
**Nastrond 1
**Nastrond 2
**Nidhogg
***Ardern Hill (Coriolis)
**Nastrond 4
***Nastrond 4 A
***Nastrond 4 B
***Nastrond 4 C
***Nastrond 4 D
***Nastrond 4 E
***Nastrond 4 F
***Nastrond 4 G
****Nastrond 4 G a
***Nastrond 4 H
****Clifford Enterprise (Settlement)
****Karl Diesel Lab (Settlement)
****Weierstrass Base (Surface Port)
***Nastrond 4 I
**Nastrond 5
***Nastrond 5 A
***Nastrond 5 B
****Pytheas Penal Colony (Settlement)
****Rochon Ring (Outpost)
**Nastrond 6
***Kopra Arena (Surface Port)
***Lockhart Point (Surface Port)
***Oxley Enterprise (Surface Port)
***Nastrond 6 A
***Nastrond 6 B
**Nastrond 7

Minor Factions
*Defence Party of Nastrond (Dictatorship, Independent)
*Dragons of Nastrond (Anarchy, Independent)
*Future of Nastrond (Democracy, Federation)
*Nastrond Blue Transport Inc (Corporate, Independent)
*Wonorne Nu Natural Limited (Corporate, Federation)

References
<references/>
