Personally I would go for something like [https://coriolis.edcd.io/outfit/python?code=A2pktkFflidussf57l0v0v2727040404000505054a0403020201.Iw18eQ%3D%3D.Aw18eQ%3D%3D. this]. And then if you mod the fsd you will get something like [https://coriolis.edcd.io/outfit/python?code=A2pktkFflidussf57l0v0v2727040404000505054a0403020201.Iw18eQ%3D%3D.Aw18eQ%3D%3D.H4sIAAAAAAAAA2MW6RBmYPj%2FnwEOAN%2FJF78SAAAA this]. And from here you can mod other modules such as shields and shield boosters. Another useful mod would be to use lightweight alloys instead of military and then heavyduty them.
