I got this and put it on my Cutter, because I needed a slight power boost for my anti-xeno loadout's power cap(those guardian hull reinforcents have too high a power draw for my G5 charge enhanced distributor to run with my prismatics). Her'es the thing, the "4% powerplant boost" does not show up at all in outfitting. Am I missing something here? At this rate I'll have to lower myself to the level of the peasants and use a normal shield to hunt thargoids unless I can boost my total power output.
