Have to agree with most here, that ship is really great.

Even when stock it rocks, and has enough power to run 4 energy weapons with ease.

I was flying the Viper MKIII and MKIV before it and I have to say despite it beeing bigger and heavier it flies much lighter then both Vipers, you can easily stay on the tail of all other ships. The only small issue is the inertia from the big mass, it takes some time to get to speed and some more to stop again, so be carfeul you do not ram others by accident. But seems the AI has similar problems missing that ship, in no other ship I have been rammed so many times by AI pilots, even when I am just floating in space recharging you get rammed by pilots scanning you.

Got it at Vendemo, not only is it there 15% off right now, but in the system and the ones next to it you can buy all upgrades and there are enough Combat and Extraction Zones to fram the money for it. (Becuae with the stock Frameshiftdrive you won't get far). So with jsut a bit more then 22 millions you can get a really good ship.

Just stay out of battles against more then one enemy until you can upgrade to better shields as the basic shields do not give much protection. Which is no problem in one on one battles as with the agility of this ship you can easily stay out of firing arcs.

Would love to be able to wander through the ship, as it seems to have some interesting areas behind the pilotseat if you look through the cockpit. There is even a second seat there, guess its either for a navigator or a commander as this is a military ship.
