Do NOT commit crimes. That's the way round. Period. Or do commit crimes against other clean ships, tresspass areas, scan private datapoints etc. , attck, murder and accept the damn consequences. Punishment in Elite isis not all guns and roses! We all have to live with the same punishment system, how on earth do you expect a preferential treatment for your criminal behaviour? I want you to get stuck as far away as possible if you had attacked me or even destroyed my ship. Same would happen to me if I were you. But I'm fortunately not.
