This list is great, but Has anyone found Black Market contacts in Empire system. I traveled down there and have check about 20 stations with no luck. Does it just not exist in some areas? So another thought since there are so many system in the game and going through this list by name can take a while - list if the station/system is Federation/Empire/Allaince/Anarachy. It'll help narrow the search.
