Something more like the Federal Gunship?

I find the 6A to be sufficient most of the time, but yes, it does lack the power of the Gunship. The way around it that worked for me, was to couple a charge enhanced distributor with some efficient guns that can be fired for extended periods of time (lower damage than with other mods, but it's easy to stay on target with this ship). I couple this with some heavy hitters.

The heavy hitters give me the ability to deal nasty damage spikes. I alternate between these and the efficient guns depending on the capacitor charge, I can recharge while firing with 3-4 pips depending on the case.
