Account capabilities depend on local group membership. The live permission list shows which actions each group can perform. The user list can be filtered by group. Signing in does not automatically grant administrator tools, and imported badges do not grant permissions.

For administrative assistance, see Project:Administrators. Request changes through Project:Requests for permissions rather than an external hosting provider.
