Well, the build is pretty much as I said, but in addition you might want 2x 3F Multicannons, 2x 2F Multicannons, all on gimbled. Plus size 2 seeker missiles in the third 3 bay in the nose. The Python is already pretty good for heat and power which is why anything more than D specced modules is a waste of credits. the D specced give best weight to power balance for most situations and the weapons fit deals with pretty much any npc you'll encounter.
