aah... well.
A Class 7 FSD with a lower mass big ship would do the trick. Maybe 900T would be a good value for some 30+ ly with a C7. Maybe the C8 FDS would be used in the Panther Clipper to being able to displace that mass plus that much cargo through a decent distance.
But yeah, I would like a dedicated exploration cruiser.
