Loadout is one thing. Being usable is another, depending in manoeovrability, speed, shields, power, etc, etc.
Having no class 1 weapons is a plus, and according to the pics it appears it will allow to have them fixed instead of gymballed. But again it depends on the other factors of the ship that we do not know yet.
And for the sake of conversation, is my opinion and that´s all.
