From Elite Dangerous Wiki

I do remember that picth/yaw axis are very agile on clipper, and i love playing with it in combat, before wing update. But since then, i find the shield to weak at my taste for being a good combat. But i think there is people far more skilled and experiment than me who can describe the clipper perfectly.

I prefer Python and Fer-de-lance for combat, but my taste only. Python have better shield, more firepower, a good cargo is you want to trade and a good range of upgrades. The downside is the large hardpoints can (must?) be turreted, but with training it's agile enough to not use it.

Fer-de-lance is a fuuu...monster, with a Huge plasma and good hardpoints placements, but do not excel in anything else that combat (logic.).

I will try again the clipper. Just to see the difference between my python shield's B6 + booster and max shield on clipper, and the weapon cycle.
