HIP 23692, Strong Signal Source, 2x Type 9, 1 escorted by 5 cobras, the other one by 2 Anacondas. Guess which of the Type 9's had Hafnium (along with battle weapons). None of the ships belonged to any faction and it was an anarchy system (no stations at all).
