Just spent 12+ hours doing a run to the pleaides and back. Had an easy 500,000 credits of exploration data. Get interdicted about 30 light years from the nearest civilized system on my way back, get damaged down to 12% and am running on emergency oxygen. Like an idiot, I figured, meh, who needs to upgrade life support. Finally got to the closest inhabited system, and ran out of oxygen AFTER i had come out of supercruise and was on approach to the station. Lesson learned.
