Use all gimballed beams with Thermal Vent and Efficiency, and a single gimballed multi-cannon with Efficiency and Corrosive Shell on the smallest possible weapon slot. You'll be able to mess up lock ons with thermal vent as the numerous beams will cool your ship down to almost 0% heat, and the corrosive ammo will give you an extra 25% hull damage.
