I bought and outfitted this ship after the community event in Fedmich on the XBOX I. Ill share my loadout, and although it doesn't have the best FSD range, I havnt had the canopy shatter with this loadout yet, power distribution isn't a problem, and I have arguably more range than a normal vulture. My loadout is as follows:

Hardpounts:
two 3E pulse lasers

Utility:
Two point defense turrets

Core internal:
1A military grade composite
4A reactor
5A thrusters
4A FSD
3A life support
5A power distributor
4A sensors
3C fuel tank
5D module reinforcement package

Optional Internal:
5A shield generator
4C fuel tank
2D Hull reinforcement package
1A fuel scoop
1C advanced discovery scanner
1I planetary approach suite

All this combined with a Synth Red paint job makes a HazRes hunting beauty. The two fuel tanks add weight but I can jump farther ranges overall. The large reinforcement package means the cockpit doesn't shatter immediatly after the shields go down, but the drawbacks of this loadout means I can't fit an SRV(for horizons players), Cargo Rack or FSD Interdictors. You also MUST deactivate the cargo scoop before you begin combat operations or your reactor will overheat.
