<div>Hello. i just wanted to say that i got my Achenar System Permit and im not even ranked in the Empire.. im been trying to get my Sol permit in a long time. i finaly ranked up to petty officer in the Federation. i did a mission to help me rank up by getting 47 t of grain in (LTT 911 system (Bresink Dock)). right when i compleated this mission, i was promoted to PETTY OFFICER and was given the SOL and ACHENAR Permit.. i dont know why but i think it is a glitch. if you want o check this station out and try it. hope it helps.</div>72.191.1.250
