while watching gameplay for it I noticed that there where little lights that lite up the harpoints and other things. When the hardpoints were retracted the lights were blue but when the harpoints were deployed they were red. could someone confirm this?

A lot of people are arguing that the cutter will be terrible at combat because it will have bad maneuverability but in my experience, out-running is more important than out-turning because you can mostly control the fight; they can't run away and they can't chase you as you're recharging your shields or going into SC. A penny for your thoughts?

This is my speculation of what it will be like. Feel free to add your own thoughts about it. Sorry if my grammar or punctuation is less than satisfactory

lets start with the hardpoints, someone suggested that it will have 2x huge 3x large and 2x medium a because it was a typo for the corvette and I agree as it's possible that they mixed the two up. Other than on the engine pods, the hardpoint placements can only be speculated at this time. As with other Imperial ships the interior will be luxurious and capacious. Imperial ships generally go above 400m/s boost speed, one can assume that its' speed will be near that value. As David confirmed that the Cutter and the corvette will be bigger than the anaconda so I'm guessing that shield strength will be one of the best in the game but it will be less than that of its' competitors.

Is this thing going to be able to launch fighters when horizons comes out? There's what looks like a docking bay on the bottom (visible in the graphite picture above; it like the landing gear, cargo scope and the hardpoint covers are shaded a lighter color than the rest of the ship) that seems large enough to hold a condor or an imperial fighter.
