They're scumbags who have nothing else going for them than to enforce their misery on others, but that's exactly like the real world. You will have assholes like that no matter what you do, and sadly it is a huge part of the game.<br /> <br /> If you're really worried about griefers then just don't play open. You may complain about not getting the full multiplayer experience if you do that, but then there are plenty of PvE private groups operating these days. PGs with thousands of members, and if ANYONE is found to be engaging in PvP in these groups then they are hunted down, griefed themselves, and then banned from the group.<br /> <br /> I don't play open for the exact reason of I can't be arsed dealing with griefers. If you do decide to play open, you know this game is about cut-throat pirates and politics, so if you're unprepared for people killing you for the hell of it, just uninstall the game, cause it's not for you.</div>
