And it seems to work out fine with some module priority changes. However, this is my preferred build for combat vessels, i see how this could be less then tolerable for other builds *cough* gauss cannons *cough*

Clipper is hands down one of my favorite ships. It is a superb multi role, it handles nicely, it fast, it can carry a nice amount of cargo, and it looks amazing. Being someone who has used Python, Chieftain/Challenger/Crusader, all of the small ships, T6, Keelback, its great. While it has a few drawbacks, notably the large landing pad and meh jump range, its still is a great ship and will have a special place in my heart
