I just had a 100 credit bounty turn into a legacy fine less than an hour after receiving it. It did turn dormant (or so I thought) after about 10 to 15 minutes, but... apparently, it's already a legacy fine. At least I don't recall any older bounty in the same system. But there is no way to see dormant bounties I think?

I do like the system *somewhat* better than the old one (which was before my time in ED). But... getting killed for a 100 Cr bounty because I shot at a friendly by accident in the heat of battle? Seriously, that sucks about it. The system as it works right now is much too trigger-happy.
