Ok, so here's an idea: What if the Shipyard acted similarly to the Commodities Market? Let's say that a player goes to a system that sells the Cobra Mk III, and nothing else, and the player is piloting an Adder. If the player sells that Adder, the Adder will be sold in the Shipyard, but in limited number. Certain ships would always be for sale at certain stations, like they are now, but players can also sell their ships for others to buy.

You know what would be really cool? If some stations exported ships and outfits, and we could see them being produced, with a factory-like interior to the station. Maybe outfits and ships produced at these spots could also be discounted? Or instead of having stations be like this, we could have structures similar to capital ship docks. Idk, food for thought.

I 100% agree, this made me very mad when my friend and I discovered you couldn't do it. Honestly, what's the point of having like 4 SRVs if you can't do multicrew with them? Yeah yeah, explorers might need multiple SRVs in case cuz they're going far away, blah blah, it just makes no sense.
