Honestly, I think the cobra is a better pirate ship. It has a bit more cargo space, along with better speed and maneuverability to interdict or run away. Oh, and fuck bots with rails, if you pirate one of those, you're screwed. I tried to kill an Eagle npc with my maxed out cobra and the thing killed me in less than 30 seconds
