I've run over a thousand Data missions and have only seen 4 Navy missions. I guarantee I've got enough rep to become Emperor though. Just can't find anyone that works for the freakin' Navy to promote me.

Stupid system.

Hardest part for me is waiting for the Navy missions to pop. I'm currently at Squire 100% and am certain that I've built enough rep to be freakin' Emperor. I am seeing no more than one of these Navy missions per four or five hours, and that's only after grinding for four days stuck at None 100%). No amount of entering and exiting Mission Board, and switching instances Open, to Private, to Solo has helped a lick. I'm getting 1 Navy mission every 100+ missions in the board. A deeply stupid system.

Frontier, if we qualify for the next rank, the Navy mission should simply appear every time. Having it RNG at (for me) 0.01% is joy draining, rage quit encouraging, and in no way entertaining and doesn't make me want to keep playing. Not Happy.
