Stupidly high. You're pretty much at 50% shield always because they never recharge efficiently. They require pew peeps to sys and once they're terribly low you gotta dock or reboot your ship so they're at 50% back again. That's how to roll with prismatic, forget about recharge.

Eg: a size 7 w/o eng takes 13 minutes to recover + 32 minutes to recharge all the way to 100% and that's considering it has no reinforced engineering which would make it even longer.

Also I wouldn't be donating that much because you'll be definitely needing the money later. A complete cutter setup can cost 1bi+.

Get the mission from the watermarked factions (the ones with that eagle looking figure next to their name) those are the true Imps, the other ones that don't have this symbol next to their name are mere friendly independents and hence give crappy xp. I've been noticing it's better to take rep+ missions from the true Imps than rep++++ from those independents so this is actually a very important tip overlooked by most.

It's because most factions are in investment/ war and none in boom so we'll find lots of "investors need blah" rather than data transfer.

However, Ngalinn seems to be issuing a lot of pirate massacre and considering Mainani has more than one ringed planet, that's awesome for res bounty hunting. I feel like you could stack 10 or more without re-logging or anything so pretty good.
